Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Items are made to order and shipped within 2-4 weeks of receiving payment. All packages are shipped via FedEx Express 2 Day which will include a tracking number once fulfilled. International buyers, please email me before your purchase if you would like alternative shipping methods that include tracking and insurance so I can invoice you accordingly.

I generally don't ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address at check out. Reach out to me (via email) prior to purchase if all you have is a PO Box. 

RETURN POLICIES:

Since all the products are handmade-to-order, Mack Provisions does not offer refunds of any kind. Mack Provisions will happily except exchanges, though! Please contact me about any exchanges within 20 days of receipt of your item. Returned for exchanged items must be in the original brand new condition, unused, and unworn.

All returns and exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once your return has be approved, Mack Provisions will send you further instructions about the logistics.

Customer is to pay shipping both ways on exchanges.

I accept order cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours and up to 48 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 50%. After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.


NOTE: Mack Provisions is not responsible for items once they have shipped.
